Which water lodge will you choose?

There are different types of water lodges. We might think that one of them would be great for families, another more for families with children and yet another for couples and/or groups of friends, but we don’t want to label the lodges, just provide a little guidance in your search. The water lodges are nearly all suited for 4 to 6 people and are situated around Pean-buiten on very different types of plots. Five of the water lodges are on the water’s edge, and there are three clustered together. Another three are set more towards the outskirts and another one is closer to the children’s play area. The degree of luxury may of course be another reason for choosing a particular lodge.

Families

When it comes to families, it may be that the family consists of grandparents with their children and grandchildren. In which case, we have a cluster of water lodges set in the trees, including the particularly special ‘mother-lodge’ Goudûle.

Of course, a group of relatives made up of different families could also rent two or three of the lodges in a row on the water’s edge.

Families with children

If you, as a couple or group of friends, want to get away for a while then you could all either rent your own lodge or snuggle together in the same house. We have 4-person lodges on the water’s edge, or maybe you’d prefer to be nestled in the trees, or in a lodge with 1 or 2 bathrooms. There’s plenty of choice at Pean-buiten for 2 to 4 people.
