How nice that you have booked a water lodge with us! Was the payment successful?

You booked with us two days ago, we see in our system that the payment has not yet been successful. This may be due to our processing, if that is the case, you can ignore this email. If you have not yet made the payment, you will find in guest portal your invoice and information about what you have booked with us. You can also leave your credit card details here, then the payment will be automatic. You can also pay directly with the payment link in the Dutch message. You can pay with any bank card via this link.

With the credit card payment, the tax is automatically divided into 2 parts. With the payment link, the total amount is paid in one go.
